2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection (hereinafter ‘GDPR’) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter ‘LOPDGDD’), by accepting this Privacy Policy, you (hereinafter the ‘Data Subject’) grant your informed, express, free, and unequivocal CONSENT to the processing of your personal data collected through the Website, whether through forms enabled for this purpose or information collected by cookies. For the purposes of the data protection regulations, any user who browses the Website shall be considered a data subject (hereinafter the ‘Data Subject’). 

Furthermore, the Data Subject consents to the processing of such data by the Data Controller so that it may provide its services applying the organisational and security measures required by the GDPR.

All personal data requested from the Data Subject on the Website are mandatory, and it would be impossible to provide the service without the corresponding data processing by the Data Controller. However, browsing the Website is free of charge.

4. DATA SUBJECT’S DATA

The Data Subject guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused by the breach of such obligation, beyond the possibility of the Data Subject exercising their right to rectification.

If the data shared belong to a third party, the Data Subject guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects outlined in this document, obtaining their authorisation to provide their data to the Data Controller for the aforementioned purposes.

The Data Controller cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems. Therefore, it shall not be liable for damages derived from alterations that could be made to computer systems, electronic documents, or files by third parties.

Pursuant to the GDPR and to Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, all personal data obtained through cookies when the Website is used shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Cookie Policy.

The Data Subject ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD this Privacy Policy, the content of which constitutes the entire agreement between the Data Subject and the Data Controller regarding the use and processing of their personal data.
