Mónica Cid Murillo

Background

Mónica has more than 18 years of experience as a lawyer.

She started as an intern at AGM Abogados, S.L., actively participating in the civil and commercial law departments before focusing her practice on the areas of labour, family, and immigration law.

Between 2006 and 2010, she concentrated on procedural practice and particularly on claims related to delinquency, working in the collections department at Pullmantur Cruises, S.L.

Over the next decade, given her general profile, she focused her career on advising companies and individuals in all kinds of procedural matters, mainly related to insurance law.

In 2020, she shifted her focus to her true passion and embarked on her career in the labour department of Aledra Legal, S.L.P, taking charge of Human Resources management for some of the firm’s main clients, as well as internally, while continuing with her procedural practice and labour contract work.

Her most defining qualities include her work ethic and her ability to empathise with each client and situation.
