Víctor joined Aledra’s Málaga office in 2018 after working in the labour and social security law departments of international law firms.

Specialised in corporate labour law, Víctor has worked actively in recent years to help Aledra’s clients to design effective labour and human resources policies. He has also provided procedural services when necessary, drawing upon his extensive courtroom experience. He is also a legal adviser to business associations in the energy and road freight transport sectors.

Víctor’s vocation for labour law is reflected in his personal dedication to each client, helping to find innovative solutions to their unique circumstances.
