Background
Javier is a lawyer and partner in the Fintech area.
He has advised numerous companies in the areas of technology, Fintech, commercial law, and in general, projects related to blockchain technology. He has been involved in multiple procedures to obtain licences, authorisations, and administrative registration in the Fintech area.
He has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Valencia and earned a dual LLM in Law and Technology from IE Law School.
Javier has been a lecturer at different centres and has participated in various conferences on law and technology (IE Law School, ICAV, IFAES, Technical University of Valencia, South Summit, StartupGrind, Malta AI & BC Summit).
