Elisa Ojeda Arregui
Background
Elisa has more than 11 years of experience practising law, defending the interests of both natural persons and trading companies.
In 2011, she joined the Tax Law team at Colón de Carvajal, remaining in the firm’s department until 2013, when she returned to her native Valladolid to open her own law office specialising in consumer law.
After managing her own firm for four years, in 2017 she returned to the firm where she received her training to head Aledra’s office in Valladolid.

Main areas of experience
Elisa has participated in all stages of highly complex proceedings in the tech sector, including the planning of procedural strategies for the challenging of corporate resolutions, always with positive results.
In the defence sector, she stands out for her participation in tenders of great economic importance, processing of investment authorisations for foreign companies in Spain, and notifications of alterations in previously authorised foreign investments.
