Cristina has more than 11 years of experience acting in lawsuits of a highly complex technical nature at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages (before all levels of court and in ad hoc and institutional arbitration).

She has advised companies on a wide variety of matters, focusing particularly on disputes arising from breaches of engineering, construction, and EPC contracts. In the administrative appeals area, she is specialised in disputes in public procurement matters and has advised leading companies in the Spanish defence sector.

Additionally, in coordination with the legal departments of several national and international companies, Cristina has led training, awareness-raising, and assistance programs for compliance officers, part of an ongoing review of the effectiveness of compliance systems and their adaptation to the company’s unique circumstances.

In her other role at our firm, as managing partner, Cristina’s purpose is to implement a different way of practising law: horizontal and multidisciplinary, without imposed hierarchies, in a place that encourages free, critical thinking and is managed as a legal services company.
