Dual master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Law, University of Navarre.
Participant in the Erasmus+ exchange programme for Bachelor of Laws at University of Wroclaw.
He has spent his professional career as a lawyer and tax adviser at Colón de Carvajal Abogados and Écija.
In the tax field, he has extensive experience with direct and indirect general taxation and with domestic and international tax planning, frequently advising major business groups.
In addition, he has vast experience defending our clients in processes involving tax settlements with state agencies, autonomous communities and local entities, in both administrative and contentious proceedings.
In the corporate area, he has served as a joint administrator in several family-owned businesses, and he regularly advises on business and/or asset restructuring operations and on mergers and acquisitions.
